March 8, 2026 Third Sunday in Lent

Next week, we’ll have a young seminary student, Drew Perdue, do the study, and, as always, each person bring their own gifts.  I think the study that Drew will do will be different than what I have been doing—although it will still be a visual approach—and I think that it will also be good.  I hope you can come!  It’s a good opportunity to come together for some peace and reflection in a world that is so fraught right now.

Grace and peace,

Becky

Prayer

Loving God, we give you thanks for this season of Lent.  It is good to pause and reflect sometimes, to understand the reality that we live and the grace that you give to us.  We ask for your peace in this difficult time in the world, and for the courage that you offer, so that we can face what we need to see, both inside and out.  We trust in your love, which is always around and ahead of us.  In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
