On the subject of Bible study, we are not sure why we haven’t yet received the new issues of Upper Room, but I understand from the clergy pages that I read that this is around the country, and no one has a clear answer for what is happening. As soon as we get the next shipment, though, we will let you know.

Loving and Creative God, we come before you in thanks for the gifts of new things: new members, new fruits on the trees, new tinges of color on the trees. We ask your blessing as we begin new things here in our church, but more importantly, we ask that you lead us to the things that you want us to do and to learn.
