Dr. Ken Woo coming to speak with us, helping us to better understand the many biblical and theological concerns that came together in this council 1700 years ago—a council that still informs how we speak about God today. Gracious God, in these turbulent times we thank you that we are held in your love. We thank you for this community that comes together in your name, worshipping you, thinking about your Word, and caring about each other. We ask that you show us how to honor you in this moment, and how to be present and to care for our communities in this moment, as we are called to do. We ask these things, trusting always in your love and your Spirit. Amen.
