Gracious God, in this time of transitions, we give you thanks for the steadiness of your love. When we push away from you in sin, you persist in your love, making a way for us to come back. When we go through that darkest valley, you are with us. When we hit the high points, you are with us. You are the one who gathers us in, who holds us in the times of transition, and whose love is, ever and always, absolutely determined to overcome every mistake, every error, every sin. We give you thanks, because your arms are always open and your love is always present. In Jesus’ name, amen.
